Thank you for this blog. Personally, I have really missed the blog that Damien Brown had started years ago. I have lived and worked in this area for many years and have been lucky enough to see how a small group of concerned citizens has grown to such a wonderful organization.
Thank you for getting the word out about this treasure in Allentown.
This Blog is great!! I never knew it was here, but thanks to Mike Molovinsky now I do.
We have lived in Allentown going on 34 out of the 41 years back in the Valley from 10 years overseas in the Military.
The Lehigh Valley Veterans History Project Inc. will be assisting the research for the origins of the WWll monument at 19th & Allen, and helping with further developments. Wonderful job on the restoration Folks. Keep up the good work. If Allentown is going to restore to its prominence as the “Queen/ All America City of the Valley. I feel it is the West End that will lead the way.
